The gel permeation cleanup system is based on the principle of gel permeation chromatography (GPC), separating and collecting complex samples according to molecular size. It effectively removes macromolecular matrices and small molecular interferences from samples, thereby improving sensitivity and accuracy of subsequent analysis and extending the service life of analytical instruments.
