LabTech Flex-MVP EVO Automatic Quantitative Parallel Vacuum Concentrator

The Flex-MVP EVO is a high-throughput, high-efficiency, and quantitative vacuum concentrator that quickly and accurately concentrates up to 16 samples to a defined volume under controlled heating, vacuum, and rotation conditions. The recovered solvent can be efficiently collected, making the concentration process simpler, faster, and more environmentally friendly. Compatible with both 200 mL and 50 mL concentration cups, it is widely used in fields such as environmental analysis, food safety, grain and oil, textiles, traditional Chinese medicine, and chemical materials.

1. Patented Invisible Light Quantitative Control — More Accurate End-Point Detection

(1) Featuring an innovative invisible light optical design and independent liquid level sensor, the system ensures reliable light detection with no signal attenuation and strong anti-interference capability.

(2) The End-Point detection process is not affected by particles, bubbles, or sample color, overcoming the accuracy limitations of traditional sensors in complex matrices or high-temperature environments.


2. Independent Control, Sealing, and Sample Removal

(1) Each position is equipped with an independent sealing system. After reaching end-point, the dedicated solenoid valve automatically releases the vacuum of the specific sample, allowing it to be removed individually without affecting other samples. The remaining samples continue running — no need to stop the system or release the overall vacuum.

(2) All 16 positions are independently controlled, and users can freely select running positions through the software interface.


3. Independent Pipelines — No Cross-Contamination

Each concentration cup is sealed and exhausted through its own independent pipeline, effectively preventing liquid carry-over or backflow caused by sample bumping. This design completely eliminates the risk of cross-contamination.


4. Refined PID Gradient Vacuum Control

(1) The vacuum system adopts PID gradient control, adjusting the proportional valve opening to achieve precise vacuum regulation.

(2) This allows fine control of vacuum levels at different stages of the process, minimizing the risk of solvent bumping during concentration.


5. Dual Recovery of Solvent and Exhaust Gas

The condenser module features a dual-tower cooling design, enabling simultaneous recovery of solvent vapor and exhaust gas to ensure a cleaner and more environmentally friendly operation.


6. Smart Android Software — Intuitive and User-Friendly

Equipped with a 7-inch touch screen running on an Android operating system, the Flex-MVP EVO offers smartphone-like operation and an unparalleled interactive experience.
